Pretty 'n' Pink Fall Ombre Nails Tutorial

Okay so I've recently started an obsession with Pinterest (follow me at atlcurvychick!) and although I've been in love with the Ombre trend that became really popular this year, I did not know that there was an Ombre nail trend!

So after I climbed out of the rock that I had been living under, I began seeing all these pins for different Ombre techniques.  Being the DIYer that I am, I thought "hmmm I can do this."

The technique I chose to try was an Ombre effect on each nail.  I used OPIs Panda-Monium Pink, DS Reserve, San Tan-Tonio, You Don't Know Jacques!, and Black Cherry Chutney (pictured below from left to right).  I covered the DS Reserve with one coat of SinfulColors (found at Wal-Mart, Walgreens, and Target) All About You to give the pink glitter of the DS Reserve a gold glitter effect.

I started with the colors pictured above from right to left, and painted my nails from the thumb on.  Here is the final product.

I love the mix of purple, browns, and pinks in these nails polishes, and the effect of them all together.  Feel free to experiment with your own color mix, and comment and let me know how it turns out!

FYI.....these colors would go perfect with the Pretty 'n' Pink outfit posted earlier.
